Dayton Christian is committed to making Christian education accessible to every child. The following scholarships help support this goal and can alleviate challenges families often face when considering private education.
Dayton Christian School participates in The Educational Choice Scholarship Program. The program provides students from underperforming public schools the opportunity to use state funding to attend a participating private school and offers income-based scholarships.

Funding for the Rulane Legacy Academic Scholarship is provided by Tom Joch and his wife, Tammy Boatman. Tom is the parent of a DC graduate and is a long-time tennis coach at Dayton Christian. His personal experience with DC has shown him the importance of a Christian education in preparing students for a successful life focused on Christ.
The Rulane Legacy Academic Scholarship provides a scholarship equal to half of the annual tuition for a high school student. This renewable scholarship is awarded to a student who truly exemplifies what it means to be a DC Warrior both in the classroom and among their peers. Students must possess academic excellence, servant leadership, community involvement, and spiritual maturity.

The Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship Program provides scholarships to students in Grades K-12 who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP) from their school district. For more details, please visit the Ohio Department of Education Jon Peterson Scholarship Program website.
Dayton Christian School is on the list of the scholarship providers. Therefore, students who are on an IEP and attending Dayton Christian can be eligible to receive the Jon Peterson Scholarship. Please note that funds from the scholarship are primarily used to pay for special education services at Dayton Christian. In some cases, a portion of these funds can be applied towards tuition.
